PROJOINT PRE-GROUT PAVING SEALER is a water based pre-grout treatment for all types of porcelain, natural stone or concrete paving whether it is inside or out.
Designed to help with grout or jointing compound release, the PRE-GROUT PAVING SEALER should be used once the paving has been firmly laid in position upon a suitable bedding area.
The PRE-GROUT PAVING SEALER can also be used once any grouting has been completed, and it is fully cured, to protect the paving and aid with the removal of stains and dirt organic matter.

However, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of Nexus's products, or from any information given in publications.
Prospective users should therefore satisfy themselves by appropriate trials that the product is suitable for the intended use.
All tools/equipment should be thoroughly cleaned with water after use.
COVERAGE: Depending on substrate porosity, this product covers up to 15m² per litre when applied to natural stone or concrete. and up to 30m² per litre on porcelain.
We recommend cleaning with Nexus paving & driveway cleaner prior to application and leave to dry for at least two days. (It is very important that the paving is left to allow all moisture within the paving to disappear).
The PRE-GROUT SEALER is designed as an invisible coating but may darken very light surfaces slightly. As with all sealants, test on a small inconspicuous area before full application. The sealer is supplied ready for use and should be applied when the surface temperature of the paving is between 5°c and 25°c. (As a guide the stone should be cool to the touch).
Shake the container well prior to use. Application may be made by brush, roller or spray (Ensuring appropriate PPE is worn). Apply a complete, even coat over the whole surface ensuring any excess is removed-allow to dry for 30 minutes. Apply a second even coat and leave to cure.
Dependent on temperature, this second coat should be fully cured in around 1 hour ( An extra coat may be required on porous paving).
Once the sealer has fully cured, the paving can be grouted/pointed. For additional temporary grour protection a final coat can be applied.
For a longer lasting seal we recommend using the PRO-820 ECO INVISIBLE WATER BASED SEALER once the PRE-GROUT SEALER has faded.
