3. Ordering From Us

You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of this process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you acknowledgement of your order, detailing the quantity and products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we receive the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order: Where goods are not available; Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; If there has been a pricing or product description error; or If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Please note; when ordering any reclaimed products, we recommend coming to see our current supply of stock and that which you will be getting, before ordering. This is due to the varying nature of Reclaimed products in their surface finish, size and thickness. We do not except returns on Reclaimed products.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed in pounds sterling and exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. All prices on this site include shipping costs to certain specified postcode areas within the U.K. Charges for shipping outside of those specified postcode areas will be agreed with the customer upon receiving an order (or by prior arrangement). Details of our shipping arrangements are available on our delivery information pages.

5. Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your order: a) By notifying us by email at salesoffice@stonepaving.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods at any time within 5 days of receipt for a refund minus a 20% restocking charge and shipping costs. The cost of returning goods shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you your refunded amount or an exchange credit as required. The right to return goods will not apply in the event that the product has been used, or the packaging has been opened and the goods are no longer in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This excluded certain products such as Reclaimed flags, or where stated otherwise.

6. Damages

Whilst we endeavour to have the best packaging and delivery options possible, due to the nature of stone as a material it is not possible to guarantee every slab will arrive undamaged. We recommend ordering between 5% and 10% extra materials to allow for any breakages. We will issue a refund of the equivalent amount for any damages in a crate of more than 5%. Replacing small quantities of materials isn't usually possible through a delivery.
